    What supps should I use?

    Hello guys
    I started to go to gym again and it been almost 3 months.
    Using only opti-men and amino
    Could you suggest me what should I buy? Some protein or smtn?
    Weight: 84kg Height: 185cm

    Pre workout / whey protein? Just go to the BB store and look around until you find something right for you. You probably don't need anything, though. If you already know what you want and are just looking for brands, check out the product review section.

    Proteins and supps can be really personal based on your own requirements, but if you're looking for a specific opinion? Look into Monstermilk, a protein powder with chromium, creatine, and some good vitamins already in it. Lean body is also my most recent choice.

    I would suggest for the beginner lifter

    Monohydrate Creatine as it's really good and cheap
    Whey Protein
    BCAA amino acid tabs - also really cheap
    and Fish Oil

    you can pick up 10lbs of the bb whey protein for like $80. you could start with that

    didnt read the whole thread but imo;

    Protein shakes, micronized creatine and pre workouts. Everything else is a bit hit and miss/placebo/works for some/total bull****....
