Another funny video, especially the duck part. Terrible form on squats though. Surprised the camera man didn't nag him about his form like he often does.

He trains too much like a power lifter, heavy compound movement with low reps. I think he needs to do more isolation work and increased rep range with a lighter weight.

He definitely has improved year on year, i could also see his forearms and calf is really good. But those improvements are similar to the ones that a dedicated non competitive bodybuilder would have achieved not someone who is gunning for a pro card, and at his height i don't think he has the build and potential to be competitive in 212 class or even men's physique let alone the open class.

Okay after seeing his posing in the X-mas video I could bet a substantial amount of money on him NEVER getting into anything that even resembles contest shape. He'll it doesn't even have to be instantaneous, maybe 3-5% leaner every year or something i don't know. Obviously jason would be difficult as hell to work with though.
