Looking for a good program to get lean. I currently work 5 day split different body part a day, 3 days cardio, 2 days abs. Take whey isolate, fish oil, multi, no xplode, creatine mono. I want to tighten up the mid section as well. Currently 5'8" 177 lbs.
Any help? Was thinking PHAT program
