I'll throw in my app. I've seen a lot of Volatile and I'm interested:

-Tell us how this will help you achieve your goals(include what your goals are!)
bulking so it should help add on some strength and mass

-Tell us your workout routine/workout style
Doing 5/3/1 Boring But Big. (Don't wanna crowd my app necessarily so if you want specifics check out the log in my sig)

-Do you have a resolution? what is it and how is this going to help you?
Another year of focused, intelligent lifting to add serious size and strength

I don't have a ton of experience in the weight room right now so any competitions are a long ways away haha. Right now just looking to get stronger in the big lifts and add some size with the accessory work of the Boring But Big template.
It's great though, I love it. There's a lot of ways to do it, which means its very customizable. I'm following a few 5/3/1 logs and got some good ideas that I've incorporated into my run. I'd definitely recommend it

-Tell us how this will help you achieve your goals(include what your goals are!)
It is going to give me the extra energy and strength to get through my work outs. My goals are to get bigger and stronger.
-Tell us your workout routine/workout style

-Do you have a resolution? what is it and how is this going to help you?
My resolution is to gain about 20 lbs before the summer. It is going to help me push through my bad days and give me the extra strength to get that last rep in.

-Tell us how this will help you achieve your goals(include what your goals are!)

Fahrenheit would help give me the extra boost in my workouts. I am a grad student, and often have to lift in the mornings to work around class schedules. Fahrenheit would help give me that extra push I need in the mornings. I am always trying to add lean muscle. Currently I am around 220, and reasonably lean. I would like to get to 225 over the next five months while adding as little fat as possible.

-Tell us your workout routine/workout style

Currently I am doing a 4 on/1 off split. So I go Chest, Legs, Arms/Shoulders, Back, Off/Cardio and repeat. I am mostly focusing on volume and lifting in the 8-12 rep range. I'm not too big on machines, I usually stick to barbells and dumbbells.

-Do you have a resolution? what is it and how is this going to help you?

My resolution is to get my squat up to 315x10 (currently at 315x4-5, best is 315x6 when I was alot heavier). Fahrenheit will give me some extra drive, and the two types of creatine should help me with gaining strength to get those extra reps.

    Well....

    - How will the strongest preworkout on the market not help me push more weight and gain more muscle, i meen come on. My goal is to compete in Natural teen bodybuilding on June 9th at a NPC competition in layton, Utah. ( bouttta destroy )

-My current workout style and routine is 5 sets of 5 reps. Pairing major muscle groups, such as Chest/Tri , Back/Bi , etc. When i go to the gym, its headphones on, eyes down and on the weights. I don't like to catch eyes with people cus then i have to talk to them....

    -My resolutions are the following:

    - do service daily
    - get a 3.0 in school
    - compete naturally and win
    - reach 200 in my bulk( before, or after comp. )
    - Become a company rep on Bodybuilding.com

I'm going to throw my hat in on this... A little about me 2 1/2 years ago I was a fatty when my son was born I got fat with the wife while she was pregnant and let life get in the way of the gym, now I am back and down to a good weight and size 6'2 256lbs I plan on gaining more size and looking to compete for the first time ever (yes at 38)

-Tell us how this will help you achieve your goals(include what your goals are!) I've been looking into a pre-workout shake as I have not used one before just protein and Vitamins
-Tell us your workout routine/workout style - I work out pretty hard core been doing HIt lately and do every other (4 days weights 3 days cardio cardio is only 45 minutes)
-Do you have a resolution? what is it and how is this going to help you? To compete at my age and get sponsored by a company I love weightlifting.. and makes me feel awesome
