I don't have a ton of experience in the weight room right now so any competitions are a long ways away haha. Right now just looking to get stronger in the big lifts and add some size with the accessory work of the Boring But Big template.
It's great though, I love it. There's a lot of ways to do it, which means its very customizable. I'm following a few 5/3/1 logs and got some good ideas that I've incorporated into my run. I'd definitely recommend itB: 320

-Tell us how this will help you achieve your goals(include what your goals are!)
Fahrenheit would help give me the extra boost in my workouts. I am a grad student, and often have to lift in the mornings to work around class schedules. Fahrenheit would help give me that extra push I need in the mornings. I am always trying to add lean muscle. Currently I am around 220, and reasonably lean. I would like to get to 225 over the next five months while adding as little fat as possible.
-Tell us your workout routine/workout style
Currently I am doing a 4 on/1 off split. So I go Chest, Legs, Arms/Shoulders, Back, Off/Cardio and repeat. I am mostly focusing on volume and lifting in the 8-12 rep range. I'm not too big on machines, I usually stick to barbells and dumbbells.
-Do you have a resolution? what is it and how is this going to help you?
My resolution is to get my squat up to 315x10 (currently at 315x4-5, best is 315x6 when I was alot heavier). Fahrenheit will give me some extra drive, and the two types of creatine should help me with gaining strength to get those extra reps.
