Went for a nice 3.5 mile hike with 45lb pack today. Felt good. Just got back from a 2.5mi jog. Love me some cardio in cold weather.

Alright, this is day five. I weighed myself last night, and I had lost 1 pound (192-191) and 2% body fat (26-24). I am feeling pretty good about the progress so far.

Super pumped for some shoulder work today.

Hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend. Be strong and stay focused on the prize.

Great attitude, Natalie, but there's $100,000 on the line, so you better compete against yourself HARD! Have seen several of these competitions come down to the wire. Best wishes to you on your transformation!

    Winning

More than one person has mentioned that even if they don't "win the competition"... their goal is to get toned and lose weight. That, my friend, is WINNING.
If you accomplish your personal goal.... you are a winner ! Keep on rollin!

I have been taking weight gainer proteins and other supps. to help support that like extra BCAA's... I would now like to keep the extra 30 pounds that I have packed on throughout the past year and just lean out and make the definition ***POP***!!! I do believe that I will be making a Wise Investment on my next purchase that I make here on BB.com getting this ISO-100. Do you have any other suggestions with using Dymatize supplements that will help me achieve my goal. I know that Supplements don't make the athlete the training does. The supplements are a supplemental tool or piece of the pie that helps you get better at what you are doing. Some good advice I heard from Andy Haman !!! Although I still manage with a tight budget as well... always making sacrifices... having to put my priorities first.

"I know that Supplements don't make the athlete the training does." WOW ! Absolutely 100% correct. Some people forget what the word "supplement" means. They are intended to supplement your diet. It's also important to use supplements steadily. Free samples are great. I love FREE ! Who doesn't? But what can you really tell about a supplement by trying it ONE time. Taste? Sure... and taste is important but it's not even half of what makes a supplement good.
I can't tell you how many times I've heard someone say "Yea I tried BRAND X and it didn't work for me" or even the opposite "Man! BRAND X is awesome!" and they've only used it once or twice.
"Do you have any other suggestions with using Dymatize supplements that will help me achieve my goal."
If your goal is to keep those pounds on, I would continue with the ISO-100 and remember to drink the Elite Casein at night before bed. Casein is an awesome product to keep your muscles anabolic while you sleep. One of my buds who is a competing bodybuilder said once "Casein keeps my muscles from eating themselves up while I sleep" LOL.... sort of true. It's like throwing a huge log on the fire at night that will burn slowly all night long.
The new cinnamon bun flavor is unbelievably good!
Also... to ensure you are getting the most out of every workout, start off with the Expand 2X for your pre-workout drink. I've tried the orange and fruit punch and they are both really good. It gives you a pump without too much of that niacin flush in your face that many other pre-workout cause.

Keep lifting brother. You're doing great !

    Puh-POW !
