sorry for potato cam, bad angle(but i think you can clearly see that it's below parallel)
progressing fairly well, constantly adding 5 lbs every week...if you have any questions feel free to ask
btw front squats = best for legs - 2 pairs of jeans ripped in the past month, never happened before

I like going a lot deeper with Front Squats, but that's just personal preference. And probably just carry over from doing cleans.

damn, I just started adding these.
With heavier weights, I'm unstable going down.
Mirin' strength OP
BTW, do you lift during Ramadan?
Also, do you think front squatting twice a week + deadlifting thrice a week + calves once a week is optimal for overall leg development?*Forever Lurking Crew*

yes i do, havent lifted the last 9-10 days this year though
i dont deadlift, but working legs twice a week seems optimal for me if you put up some nice volume...if you do really low volume(like only squats) then 3 times a week is also okay
never deadlifted 3 times a week, im not too sure about that - i stopped DLing a while ago too
you can work calves much more often, they recover very fast and respond good to high frequency/high reps

Not bad... I got the impression that you lacked thickness in your hammies... maybe it is the video that makes you look thinner....
Just remember that focusing on a anterior chain domianant will definitely ignore the back... if you choose to do front squats as main movement, I would destroy the **** out of my posterior chain with big movements like arch back goodmornings, heavy romanians and then some more light exercises like pull throughs/1 legged hyperextention, leg curls etc..
If not, your legs can become like a guy that works biceps while ignoring triceps."Do not subordinate fundamental principles to minor details."

tbh i choose front squats lately because my hams/glutes were imo a bit dominant, so as of right now im not worrying too much about that kind of disproportion
but i do go heavy on romanians, leg curls, and dumbbell stiff legged deads (i just sometimes skip/go easy on romanians when i feel i might injure my back) but i dont make any specialization stretches, glute bridges etc.

i've back squatted 90% of my time lifting, only recently picked up fronts - i find them A LOT better in adding quad size, it also feels more natural to me
i also find it more challenging and motivating...and i wouldn't have progressed sth like 50-60 lbs on my back squat in the last couple of weeks like i did on fronts
have you changed your avi recently ?
