My current picture was takien tonight... was just wondering if anyone could both give me a pointer on a few things?
I have heard of ectomorph or something like that, and was wondering what my body type is....?
Also a ROUGH PERCENTAGE ON BODY FAT PLEASE and should i concentrate on Low Reps High Reps to fill out the top inner pecs???
