    It is protein, what do you want someone to say?. 1 versus 0 carbs. At 1-2 servings a day the difference between them means absolutely nothing. Taste wise I have no idea.

    thanks for your reply dude...i think that ISO 100 contains some sugars cause its too sweet for isolate protein...as concerning metapure i suppose its the international version of NATURES BEST
