    Did I injure my back?

    Hi guys,

I feel a bit of pain in my lower spine, when I do certain moves throughout the day.
I'm not sure what exercise caused that.

It's either squatting with my 20kg dumbbell, or it's the weighted crunches (same 20kg dumbbell on my chest).

Can someone with experience tell me which one of the two is it so I can stop that exercise until I feel better?

Are the exercises themselves causing you pain or is it a day or two after that it happens?

    Is your pain sharp?
    Dull?
    Achy?
    Throbbing?

Train consistently, move iron with purpose, eat well, sleep well and achieve.

it's a very mild pain that i get for example while I'm in bed on my laptop and try to move/change position.
when i'm in two feet or walking, i don't feel no pain at all.
