    Feel sick after squat

Hi there, this is my first post on bb, was just wondering why I feel nausea when coming off the squat, I currently do about 115 - 130kg range, I'm fine during the squat reps itself but when I step off after the set I feel all dizzy. My breathing I don't think is the problem, as that I thought would be the obvious reason so worked hard at my breathing technique. Anyone got any idea what it could be? I have only recently started (about 1 month) so maybe jumped in at the deep end in terms of weight, but as I said earlier I'm okay with it during it.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Yup, perfectly normal. I love that feeling. Just take a seat to gather yourself between sets....

Anything worth having is never easy to achieve...

When you get under that weight, you're either going to sink or swim...

No, I don't know what any of my max lifts are because I don't really care...

To be honest, if I don't feel a bit nauseous after my squats and such, I don't feel like I did enough.

Could be a number of things.

    *Not breathing properly

    *Eating too soon before training.

    *Lack of adequate hydration

*Reaction to some supplement you're taking before training.

Think about when you've heard about guys getting sick after a crazy workout, weightlifting or not. Same concept.

About the diziness, your legs are huge muscles and use a ton of oxygen, which makes less available for the brain making you dizzy.

I'm always within reach of a trash can on legs day. It's a mental thing, I don't puke, but pretty much feel like I'm about to for the duration of my workout.

Same here. A few times I have had to stop to puke on the side of the road on the way home. I enjoy the feeling of knowing I went all out during a workout. If I dont feel like death during leg day, then I am doing something wrong

Yeah, it's like you're looking forward to something you dread. I love it... leg day is tomorrow!
