    Front hip cracking on first time front squat

    I started doing front squats today, im going parallel (hips with knees) and on my first working set when i went down i felt and heard cracking in my front hip, kinda like your knuckles except my entire front hip area i finished another lite set but i felt hip pain through out the rest of my leg workout but i could perform the exercises properly, what was it? Should i be worried? Im 17 5'8" if that helps
