"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

[QUOTE=BeeDOGG500;1000840633] I hope you dont wanna look like me, you already have a huge enough ego...could'nt image how big it would get if you actully looked like you spent more than 1 day a week in the gym.
And please save the video....theres already enough skinny bit$hes on youtube trying to act like they know what they are doing.

I was reading something on the internet and...
You know when people start calling you out in threads that you haven't posted in, that you got 'em.
Also I never gave advice just asked you (and am still asking) for the vid of your claimed 205 press. That's all. I even offered reps.
Edit: Dang he got banned again.Last edited by CamLeslie; 12-28-2012 at 12:11 PM.

Y'all are skinny phuckers, that's for sure. Damn, I thought I had it bad, before I started lifting...*
To each his or her own of course. But I'll just take being able to do all that (and some bodyweight stuff that's more demanding), plus repping out 192.5kg on deads, just for one recent example. Not a staggering amount, I know, but okay for an intermediate lifter. And, ahem, that is one of my stronger lifts, heh.
Anyway, what it comes down to is, why limit yourself to JUST bodyweight, when you can use that PLUS extra resistance, whenever you want or need to?
It's about optimal training, versus suboptimal training. Pick one!
* Still doing my best to gain even more weight, without gaining extra fat, I'll admit. :/ A super-lean 100kg would be a great start.

Strong this^
this cycle i'm going for 370lb on deads and then a few singles at 380lbs and 405lbs. But I also can do 20 dead hang pullups, 100 crunches in 2 minutes and run a sub 20 minutes THREE mile time(which according to my age group is 1st class fitness for the US Marines) all at being 30 pounds heavier than these skinny dudes.
like Mikie said...why limit yourself?OG
