I turned 16 less than a month ago, I plan on buying some protien shake mix this weekend and possibly some creatine. I want to know if it's safe though.

well first and foremost i would ask your physician any questions you have prior to taking any type of supplements. with that out of the way, i dont see a problem with a 16 yr old taking creatine as instructed by the bottle. and make sure you buy a good quality creatine as well. i use AAEFX's KRE-ALKALYN. and this product is phenomenal, i pop 2 caps prior to training and 2 caps post. i've been using it for over 2 years now and wouldnt trade it for any other creatine product out there. also i would recommend you cycle your creatine. some people might say not to, but my opinion is that your body always needs a break from all the supplements you use. i usually take it for 3 months and take off about a month or so. but thats how i do it. find what works for you.

From all the stuff ive read and compared between Kre alkalyne and the monohydrate is that creatine mono is far more effective. Is this kre alkalyne actually more effective than regular mono?
And thanks for clearing up the cycling of creatine because EVERY single person on this TBB forum says not to.. so annoying its deffinetly benificial for your body to get a break of creatine here and there.
