    Thumbs up 40lb bench drop overnight?

    I'm 17 and my max on bench is 135. Last Friday I was benching 3 sets of 10 of 125lbs then I went to bench on tue and was struggling with 95lbs! However that night I went to bed at 12:30am when I'm usually in bed by 10:30pm. Could this lack of sleep have affecte me this much?

    Probably this. It doesn't make sense for your bench to drop so much
    Bench-285 lbs -- 130 kg
    Squat-335 lbs -- 152 kg
    Deadlift-405 lbs -- 184 kg
    OH Press-170 lbs -- 77 kg

    End of year goal: 185 lbs, 10%

    happens to me after washing laundry,cleaning the house and cooking foods before going to the gym
