Body Fat Estimate and Entertaining Comparisons
Hi!
I believe I'm getting close to the end of my 2nd cut. I can't wait to begin bulking, but I won't stop cutting until I reach a predetermined number for body fat %. Can you please estimate my body fat based on the following pics?
Also, balance and proportions is more important to me than sheer mass, honestly. Please comment on which muscles need the most work to achieve ideal proportions!

As promised, some comparisons from earlier days that make me laugh:

P90X results vs bodybuilding.com results. Yes, I am actually flexing as HARD as I can in the before pic lol.

Before and After of this cut. Goddamn I bulked too long. Don't bulk that long.

First cut results vs now. I look like a skeleton in the first pic. I think I could have gained more muscle this past year, but I'm still pleased with progress.
3rd Bulk Log:
Start (3/8/2013):
153 lbs, 8% bodyfat, powerlevel = 1003
Now (5/8/2013):
170 lbs, 12% bodyfat, powerlevel = 1152
Goal (12/1/2013):
175 lbs, 15% bodyfat, powerlevel = 1270
"WTF is powerlevel" you ask? Read my workout log for an explanation:

2.5x BW deadlift, 2x BW squat, and 1.5x BW bench achieved as of 4/3/2013! Feels great to be proportionally strong at last.

Lean bulking forever.
I'd guess ~12-14% bodyfat, great progress and laughing my ass off at the p90x results vs BB.com. Shows what the difference between a cardio/endurance program and mass building program. As far as what needs work... in my opinion traps, lower back, upper chest (in that order), but I am by no means an expert, just offering my thoughts. Anyways, again, great progress man and good luck in your goals.
I can handle pain, it's regret that I can't stand.

Thanks for the input, but I don't buy that. People were telling me I was 15% over 10 lbs ago. You can see my serratus anterior in the front double bi...
I'm not saying I'm way leaner than 15%, but the definitions I'm used to seeing are as follows:
"Hard = Some muscle separation appears between delts and upper arm. Abs are still not visible. Approximately 15% bodyfat."
"Cut = More muscle separation appears particularly in the chest and back, outline of the abs begins to appear slightly. Approximate bodyfat level = 12%"
I'd say I'm way closer to 12% than 15 by that standard.
