I am looking to set some short-term goals to keep me going and on track. do these seem like realistic and attainable goals:
1) Lose 3% BF by Febuary/March
2) Flat Bench Press: 240X8
3) Swim 8 laps in olympic size pool in under 4 minutes
4)Follow macros and write in food log DAILY
Flat BB press: 225X4
Swimming 8 laps: 4:15 seconds
Already following macros on myfitnesspal, but i have to keep it up!
What are your thoughts guys?
