    Can't straighten arm

    2 days ago I did a lot of bicep curls but only about 20-25lbs. Wasn't the heaviest but after many repetitions my arms became very tired since I haven't worked out for 3 months due to sport. Since working out I can't straighten my arm without having extreme pain and if I try to stretch it hurts a lot.

    Has anyone else experienced this? and what are some tips to help with the pain and speed up recovery as long as it isn't seriously injured?

    if you are experiencing the same thing i did awhile back you have DOMS in your forearms it will go away in a day or two but forearm DOMS is probably the worst DOMS or right up there with first time legs. both suck ass
