Hey, I'm a begginer, I've been lifting for about 2 months and all I want is to gain muscle, as much as possible. In this past few weeks all I've tried to do was get my form right on my squats, bench press, deadlifts and a few other exercises to prevent serious injuries like I've had many times before.
I'm skinny fat I think, I'm 6'4 with 205 pounds and around 15-19% bodyfat.
I'm pretty much open to any routine except doing pull ups or chin ups since I can't even do a single rep. I can't even bend my elbows but I can do pull downs with more weight than I have which is weird I think. I was wondering if you could point out one of the routines on the stickies that will get me a lot of strength and muscle or any other routine that you know that has great results.
