I've always been highly skeptical. Don't you think that in the 40 years since this was done, especially with more advanced supplementation, that these results would have been duplicated? Yet they haven't, why? Probably, because it's a load of bs.

If you go back to his singing days. He's always had a great build. I took notice back then as well. So muscle memory does well with those who already have good genetics. But 40lbs? More like a creatine build.

i do belive he has gained 40 pounds, but not just muscle! he looks watery and bloated as hell maybe 15-20 pouns clean muscle? rest is water and fatt.

you take a kai or whoever.....take him off supps for sometime and away from training....get him down to 210-220
then bam start training and "supplementing" heavily .....i am sure he would put on near 40 pounds

look at how victor blew up after gaol (yes gaol)
