I started my weightlifting journey about 2 years ago give or take. I started at a skinny 130 lbs, I proceeded to bulk until I hit about 205.
I decided at this point it was time to get cut. It took me about 6 months but I finally got down to a weight and bodyfat I could appreciate, 156 lbs with 6.3% bodyfat (tested by ultrasound).
I figured I'd share my progress as I am very satisfied with it.
Thanks to everyone who gave me any advice or tips.

I'm similar to your starting physique, a bit heavier, but taller too. Do you mind me asking how your eating was on your bulk and what your routine was like? Were you eating clean on the bulk? Also, looking way shredded now. Mirin' hard

My goal this year is to bulk from 165 to 205 then when i hit 205 cut to 185 @ 8% bf
Not sure how long it will take but definitely at least a year
My routine is always changing but I always train to failure.

I was eating about 4000 calories on my bulk, which was way too much I realize now, but yes it was clean. If you'd like more details about my diet just send me a message. Like I said before, my routine is always changing as should yours. Thanks a lot man appreciated.

Thats pretty much exactly what I did, I figured I'd hit 205 then cut to 180 and be shredded, that wasn't the case. You will have to lose a lot more weight than you think if you want to be lean. But I'm also 5'5" I see your 6'1" so that could be very possible.
