I started my weightlifting journey about 2 years ago give or take. I started at a skinny 130 lbs, I proceeded to bulk until I hit about 205.
I decided at this point it was time to get cut. It took me about 6 months but I finally got down to a weight and bodyfat I could appreciate, 156 lbs with 6.3% bodyfat (tested by ultrasound).
I figured I'd share my progress as I am very satisfied with it.
Thanks to everyone who gave me any advice or tips.

Amazing job! How long did you bulk to get from 130-205? That's an insane amount of weight to gain. Must've ate in a surplus well above 20% every day, right?

He is a very different body structure then you his macros won't be what you need. Even me being your height will have different needs. Go to the nutrition section find Emma's sticky on macros and read it to figure it out.

dude if you can give us any advise on bulking and cutting would be great. Also did you think you had that much muscle under all that fat at 205lbs? Did you loose strength during your cut? how much below daily intake did you take in? To loose all that fat in 6 months is intense.

Thanks man, I could but your macros will be much different than mine, look around here at bodybuilding.com you'll find all the info you need.

I changed my workout constantly so there was no specific plan I was on. I always lift within the 8-12 rep range, always to failure.

I believe it was about 18 months, and I was at about 4000 calories towards the end, probably too much for my body type.

I did lose a little strength but not much, I always made sure I had enough protein and ate every 2-3 hours.
