hey this is my first serious cut i had been bulking for around 1 year up to 94kgs then did a nice little shred for summer to 87kgs. I am still shredding but i went on holidays so i slowed down and stopped taking photos! I did my whole cut with only diet and a couple 20min walks on the tready a week for the last couple kgs. Please give me your opinions on what you think of my shape.

Mystogan - my flexing wasn't as good on in that first pic that was all and I didn't realise till it was too late.
Beau042 - I lost count towards the end I wasn't as much diet focused as I am now but it was around 2800
Ryans523 - yeah I know I struggle to grow them I'm not sure why I smash them once a week like everything else maybe ill start twice a week, although I do like to give everything a good rest.. Any suggestions on a different approach?
