I got up to 250 and started cutting 2 weeks ago actually and currently stand at 245..
Just happened to be my 1 year anniversary of taking lifting and eating seriously.
Thinking about just cutting down to around 210 or 220 and see how I look from there. I don't have a 6 pack just a flat stomach with the top two abs visible.

For around 2 months I would do this split:
Back-bis
Chest
Shoulders- tris
Legs
Next few months
Back
Chest
Arms (shoulders,bis tris)
Legs
Next few months-
Chest - bis
Back- tris
Shoulders
Legs
Next couple months
Back
Chest- bis
Shoulders tris
Legs
And so on!
And when I say "back" I mean all parts of the back same with chest exc..
I would do a lift break down but that would take forever.. Unless you REALLY want it haha

This might sound like a simple question.. But even as much as I know about lifting, I didn't know it was physically possible to do what you did. I mean I was always taught that in order to properly gain size it needs to be a clean bulk, basically only eating 300-500 calories more than maintenance over a long period of time. I didn't know you could "speed up" the process by just slamming down food at 8500 calories and still get results lol. Were you like super fat midway, or did you have the same definition you have now the whole time? Because if you did I would like more information on your routine/stats/genetics.
How the hell did you eat so much and not gain fat weight?
Thanks and good work!People say all of this crap about genetics this, genetics that. I will never let genetics tell me what I can and cannot do..
