lol not sure if troll or e-stating , no one gains that much in a year, your first year is a learning year, you dont make that kind of progress, almost physically impossible to gain 85lbs especially staying lean eating 8.5k cals regardless of how 'clean' it is, clean doesnt mean jack chit

8500 calories a day would have you gaining 1.5-2lbs PER DAY most of that would be fat
2 loaves of bread would equate to between 1000 and 2000 calories and 255-510g carbs
I've seen real natural 1 year progression. Most people also don't add 200lbs to their bench and squat in 1 year. After all the fat you would have packed on from gaining 1-2lbs per day, you would have had to cut for at least 6 months and you wouldn't have ended up at 245lbs.
You're either
A) lying about the time frame or....
B) on dat dere or...
C) you made all of this up using some random guys pics to troll

No matter how you got results you did so good job. With that said I read you started off at 3000 a day and at no point read how long you were over 8000 and I read that your abs weren't showing meaning that you did gain or keep some fat. When you put up numbers that people may doubt more details will help. If it makes you feel any better people on here called me a liar saying I wasn't 25% body fat but lower because I make up being fatter for some reason. Point is you got what you wanted so who cares how. Welcome to adulthood. You can save the world and no one would give a damn and someone will find a flaw in how you did it.

You've never seen me and eat and obviously it's not because I did it. And 5 meals at around 1700 cals e per day isn't as hard as you all think. I don't get full. Before I was skinny like in that picture I was fat.. Like obese.
Then got skinny when I was 16 then December of last year started my bulk and here I am now.
