So I made a 3 months ago (193lbs) and now(209lbs) comparison pic, and now I got a problem with that I cant stop looking at it smiling. Probably going to spend all day just sitting in front of the monitor grinning to myself
Almost makes me wonder if the wife is giving me something when I sleep! Packing on 16lbs and looking 10x leaner ftw!
Mirin my loose skin W ?

Yeah its crazy how I look so much leaner especially since the 3 months ago pic was 2lbs away from the lowest weight I went before bulking. Its just insane how much everything has tightened up in only 3 months, but im happy! Probably a bit too happy even, think wifey is getting jealous of my self admiration
Yea looks great, just a shame im still tiny as hell still a medium size on upper body, hoping to fit back into my size L clothes for summer and actually look like I lift when wearing clothes! But will see, growth is pretty slow now, had pretty crazy size increases when I started lifting I miss those

Znik you're over a pubs a week in this 3 month period, so that just tells me you added a lot of intra-muscular water and replenished glycogen and stuff. That's why you look leaner. You kinda are. You've re-volumized yourself. If its your first bulk you might have put on around half in LBM, which is still great. You're at the point now where you'll start figuring out how much fat you're gaining. If your calories are good, at your level of leanness, you could potentially bulk for a very long time.

Actually more than 2lbs a week (if doing a average) since i've only been bulking for 2 months, so obviously tons of water and glycogen and stuff, if just 1/5 is actual lbm ill be happy. Hoping to pack on around 20lbs of lbm this year since its first bulk while avoiding putting on too much fat, will be easier to keep track once im "re-volumized" which seems to be stabilizing now. Got a great starting point, so will see how long I can go without feeling like a fatarse again.

Dont know, dont count calories but whenever i do approx count its around 3,5k-4k could be more or could be less not 100%
Never counted calories so it has kinda turned into a motivating challenge to see how far I can go without doing it, probably going to get punished for that at some point. Once something goes wrong (gain too much far or start losing mass) im going straight on to counting. But for now not counting serves as a motivation to keep pushing, not really sure why but it does, nor do I recommend it to anyone as its a stupid thing to do

Trust me , its not a deal you want. Since the reason my tdee is so high is because I cant sit down and relax, my awake hours I constantly need to be doing something. If I sit down and try to relax I automaticly start thinking about/feeling for the headache which in turn makes it 10x worse. So 99% of the time I try to be doing something that I can focus 100% like taking the dogs for walks, cleaning, building, exercising or whatever so I can shift the focus away from the headaches.
The only days you see me slacking on the couch or in bed is when the pain levels get to the point where I cant walk properly and gotta use the walls for support (1-3 days a week) I just thank whatever powers that be that I dont get overtrained easily. Will see in the coming months if i've miss calculated the tdee/approx kcal intake or not, but I expect it's going to be pretty high.
