I have 17" arms flexed, currently 171 lbs @ 5% bodyfat.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

So d*mn cute - Pikachu. I hope you checked out the link. Pechakucha nights = edutainment.
I’m trying to imagine Moore as a sweet, innocent little kid.
Lol’d again at the vid. I saw it in the female section at one point.
About my Dad, he's two different people! He’s really charismatic in social situations, but my underachieving a*s is the bane of his existence so he can be pretty harsh/despairing with me. He’d do anything for me, though.
And yeah, the majority of “healthy weight” 1ndian females my parents see irl range from skinny fat to curvaceous fat (?), and I’m looking more and more athletic, plus I don’t always dress to impress when I’m with my parents so they see me in older, looser clothing. I suppose it could be disconcerting to see me in baggy clothes... I wear clothes with a tighter fit when they’re not around, lol. My brother’s wife is my height and a size 00. Idk, maybe they think she’s too small and they’re concerned I’m heading in that direction.
The house is in a gated community that places restrictions on landscaping. Apparently, not everyone likes low hanging fruit.

Because of Netflix streaming's limited quality fare, I've been watching mostly Japanese/Korean/Hong Kong movies lately. Some of them are pretty good, especially period pieces and crime dramas. I don't mind the subtitles, and mostly prefer them to chitty dubbing.
But I have one problem, and it's that no matter how many characters the movie has, I can only identify like 4 male characters:
The cool-looking badass guy
The chubby guy
The dorky guy with glasses
The old guy
So if the hero is a cool-looking badass guy (and they generally are), and the villain and several of his minions are also cool-looking badass guys, I get confused as all hell. Why is the hero doing so much raping? Why is that evil minion visiting the hero's dad's grave and crying like a sissy? Hasn't that fat sidekick been killed three times already? Dafaq?

I think given 12 weeks I could look leaner than my current avi...that is to say that I did gain some LBM from the last bulk..and that I haven't lost any lbm over the past 6 months of not paying attention much to diet..
brb mowing on cheezits right now not a good start for me lolwww.grazethesky.com

I'm like 7lbs heavier than avi, probably same BF. I just gotta cut as good as I can for 8 weeks, then I'm gonna eat around maintenance (which is a fuk-tonne (yes, metric fuk-tonne) since I run a lot in the summer). Gonna try and stay around 10-11% max for may, June, and some of July. I'm going home for the first time in 2 year the end of August, so I'll shread again for that. Then I got my wedding in April 2014...
... BRB barely making gainz for a year.1175 @172

Oh I know it's doable for sure. My back and ankle are both messed up a bit so it's completely eliminating my intense cardio, which sucks. I burn 800 calories from P90X plyo but can't utilize it right now. Stuck pretty much to my bike, which sucks.
