There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

For me, I forgot what it was like to be sub-10% after like 2 months. Until then I wanted to cut my wrists. Since you were never to the point of not really being able to cut more, I dunno. I'd feel like I was sooooooooo close, then went way backwards.
I miss my ab veins and chest striations, but I like big legs and good strength, so right now it's an even trade. Come beach/pool time it won't be even anymore. I'll wanna cut myself if I'm not 10%.
Put a shirt on and don't look at yourself.
I pulled a 415DL today on 300 calories with leg DOMS so bad I literally fell down a few times. Considering I only have like 6 weeks to cut, I'll take that for sure.1175 @172

Lotions are good but are insanely expensive and not even remotely worth it up here, imo. I have a dark bronzes only cause I don't get to go often and my skin gets super dry in the winter out here. When I lived on the coast I didn't need it
Tingle lotions are stupid and take the enjoyment out of tanning. Feels like a super high dose of Beta alanine.
Eyewear keeps you not-blind but make you look like an inverted raccoon if they're too big.
If you're gonna go regularly just go for a few mins each time for the first bit. 50% max would be WAY too much for a pale newbie here so I guess it depends on the salon. Max is 25 where I currently go and 11 still burns me, and I tan enough it shouldn't (new place with new beds). 7-8 for pale newbies there or you'll burn.
Stand up beds are almost no tanlines but if they're not available you need to put in effort to tan your sides if you even lift. I need to cant slightly each way, then put my arms above my head. Still doesn't get it all but it's better than just laying down.
Pre-gym is superior IMO. Warms up your joint well. Post-gym is good if you're just going home after. I swear way more after cause my body temp is up.
You can wear a g-string or put on a playboy bunny sticker for added sexy.1175 @172

Wow yalls beds r way different our max is 15. & we have beds that r only bronzing and it is actually impossible to burn in it lotions some places r very over priced I learned that after ordering them for my salon but it is important to use. And the tingle ones arent very enjoyable but it makes ur skin get twice as dark and hold ur color 3x as long and yes theres lots of stickers u can choose from for fun lol if you dont tan easily u can also take l tyrosine pills speeds up the process but not as much as the injectable melanotan.

If "cell tech" is "cheating", are thermogenics and other fat burners "cheating" - as well?
I only ask, and ask here, because this is where the discussion of whether or not it can be construed as cheating when it isn't done to gain an advantage in a competition (IIRC).

dropped a hundred pounds without any supps besides creatine, going to try it this time around (stubborn fat solution) since i want to see if they help appetite and stubborn fat. Its to easy to get lean without supps, there is no reason not to use stimulants or whatever as long as they arent abused.
Who is it cheating? With that said, if your stats are current, id at least drop down to 200 without any supps since its too easy. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Oh, I have no interest in them; not so much because of my feelings about them, but more of a health concern (no matter how safe they may be, I am uncomfortable with taking substances that speed up my heart).
As for who it would be cheating; I'll be honest, I see them in the same light as weight loss surgery. In a world where calorie counting is so doable, resorting to artificial manipulations feels like cheating - in the same way as doing cell tech does. "Cheating" may not be the right word for it, but they feel like shortcuts or tricks. I guess, if you aren't open about it, it can be construed as deceitful.
I just wanted to see if anyone else generalizes their feelings about cell tech to fat burners.

and if you are open about it, the mis-informed general population will say stupid chit like "You cheated", when you didn't, because as stated, you aren't in competition. Also, the general population seems to think that if you take dat dere, you will sit around, gain muscle, and not have to work extremely hard for it. Do gains come faster? Yes. Is recovery better? Definitely. Do you have to train just as hard, along with being ridiculous with your food intake (tons of protein, meals so often you feel like you are eating non-stop because of more rapid protein synthesis?) YES.
These posts are getting really old. I'm about done here.
In my opinion, Lance Armstrong didn't cheat either. Well, he did, but so was everyone else. In order to play on a level playing field, sometimes certain measures have to be taken.~Murray State Crew~

I liked the melanotan2 best and it requires very minimal uv exposure. Your skin will get darker when not in uv light but still need some exposure. I had great results from it and only tanned in a bed for a week and then stopped cause I was getting to dark. It lasted me all summer of course I live at the beach all through summer but dont tan easily. Its a very good thing to use if you dont tan easily. I did have headaches occasionally and it burned alittle after injected but that was only side effects I saw

I am sorry if you felt like I was judging you. I have a friend I talk to about cell tech a few times a week. The dude is a great guy and he openly talks about it. I don't judge him in the slightest, nor do I you. I've seen Bigger, Stronger, Faster several times (just watched it again the other night) and it helped me overcome some of my biases. If anything, I'm at the point where I see every student who relies on massive doses of coffee/caffeine as being a PED user. As a supporter of the legalization of cannabis, I know how much it sucks to deal with the brainwashed uninitiated.
With cell tech, this is how I really feel (after reflecting on my thoughts about my friend, who is 5'10 and 260lbs with abs): if you use them to push you past your limits, I'm cool with it. If you have done everything in your power and you want greater results than is naturally possible, I see nothing wrong with it - as long as you are responsible about it. In most cases, you are leveling the playing field against your genetic betters and - in others - you are becoming superhuman, haha. As for using them to expedite the process of growing (say, getting results in 3 years that would take a decade), I just see it as a shortcut. I am not going to judge someone for being impatient, but I am not going to celebrate them as much as someone who did it "naturally" (in the same way that I am more impressed with someone who lost weight through calories than thermogenics or weight loss surgery).
At any rate, sorry bro. Just trying to have a discussion on this.

I watched same documentary the other day and admittedly I do look at it a little differently...I feel the same as is highlighted in bold. So, with that in mind, it also brings me to apologize to bullrider because I was highly judgemental the other day and it really wasn't my place.
Now as for comparing thermogenics to weight loss surgery...not sure how you're seeing them as the same. Thermogenics only work WITH a good regimen of diet and exercise and even then, the most weight they assist you to lose is 10%. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone! You can take themorgenics all you want to, if you don't diet, you'll be a fat ass with a faster heart beat. It still comes down to cals in vs. cals out... whereas with surgery, you lose regardless (obviously). The only thing that thermos seem to do the most consistently for me is suppress appetite and help me have enough energy where it's uncomfortable to sit around all day (which I will justifiably do when I'm in lazy / fat mode). I have noticed no additional fat loss since taking a fat burner...actually, my overall weight loss is significantly lower than when I didn't take them. So much for 'cheating'.
Anyway, as far as "dat dere' goes, this is not a good place to have a discussion. I'm actually surprised a mod hasn't come down on us yet so it's best if we leave it where it died a few pages back.
You look bigger to me and still lean...very nice!
