That starting photo I have in the 6 month comp is the result of very little bro lifting(2 months) and no sport activity from age 12-19, 9 months in a large deficit while sitting on the computer with very little and sporadic lifting, 4 weeks bulking with decent lifting, and then 8 following weeks of doing zero workouts.

I guess that's pretty good considering... Even though I look like crap I should look a lot worse. Genetics? We'll see I guess.

Self induced panic attacks don't leave you fighting consciousness for 10 minutes and have your arms go numb ***got.

Ps; it came on suddenly without me thinking or worrying about anything, so it wasn't because of panic.

Then again it may have led to a panic attack because I almost fainted and my BPM shot up to 200 which LED to me freaking out, but it didn't happen because I was nervous. I was just walking to my phone because it rang when I almost blacked out from a state of feeling totally normal.

Such a mental trip losing all that weight and toning up, wasnt untill the last 3-4 months I actually realised I was getting thin and only recently I felt like im looking good, weird how you dont actually notice the difference until you start taking alot of pics and measurements etc.
