Hey Caprica, wasn't trying to break it down by sex, it just gets kind of lonely when you're the only female in the comp! And it could potentially boost my ego to compete with you since I think I have a better chance of winning... you really don't have much left to do lol. I have roughly 25-30 lbs before I'll be around your BF%.

Frustrated. Weighed in after xmas and new years. Gained 2.5lbs. Gonna cut back on the carbs a bit and see if that will spark some change in my weight along with exercise.

If you gained weight it's because you're cheating or not weighing your food properly. Control your intake better and you will not gain.

That being said, I cheat WAY less on a low carb diet. So psychologically, it's more beneficial for me. Also, I don't get the issue of water weight playing tricks on me like I do with carbs. It's not good to live by the scale, but I'd be down playing if I said it didn't piss me off and dampen my spirits every time I see the numbers go up.
