Decline is the bomb. I do dumbbell decline 1-2 times a week. 3 sets, was thinking about adding more sets. Its a bitch getting the weights in place though. I can't do Barbell declines, I'm to f'n tall for the apparatus.

-I'm cutting, then bulking. (Might only get 2-3 months of bulk) (Might look fatter if you decided to cut)

It would only be fair if we both were 10% and could see who got the biggest.
