Honestly, I have been bad about following CC. I've just been doing a full-body circuit 2-3x per week. I like it way better than the CC split style routine. This past workout, I did 3 sets of 1/2 pistols at 8 reps each set. That was pretty easy. I'll probably up the reps for the next couple weeks and then move on to another exercise.

I used to get that on some exercises when I started out lifting especially on stiff legged deads, like pain right in the tailbone. It stopped after a few weeks tho.
Was pretty intense pain in a very small area no idea what caused it, could be down to bad form for me and it stopped after I improved on form, dont know really.
Haha I had that on my old bench, had to sit down put last plate on and pray that I would remember to take off the plate again before getting off the bench

Screw your biceps, your triceps are what's making you t-rex mode. Bench press. Close grip bench. Tricep isolation like crazy. (Look at that dumb photoshop I posted on the last page)
You won't be 100 pounds skinny, but you should lose most of your fat while retaining the thickness brought on by muscle gain.Last edited by moore93; 01-07-2013 at 12:11 PM.

Actually now that I think about it Moore needs better competition. He would steamroll Vox without even trying.
I would suggest Serp but we all know he would have pull out of the comp with an injury.
