"Eating chips and cookies and drinking soda is just like wandering through life. These are the agents of a purposeless existence. Avocados, turkey burgers, brown rice and eggs etc are the agents of a purposeful existence." - orderoutofchaos, The Internet, 2014

How do I not post a question?
"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

IDK, I don't think anything is really set in stone. According to this:

medium/large frame.

Having seen most CF workouts, I just think the risk of injury runs high (50 reps on time for oly lifts?). I have no doubt that CF is great for getting in shape, but then, any good lifting regimen with cardio thrown in (say, HIIT or even something like Insanity) will get you there.
As far as paleo goes, it's like any other diet -- it's just self-selecting. People who're on it eat well because they eliminate most crappy foods out there. I mean, if you are only eating meat, fruits, and nuts, just how much can you really eat? They're all pretty healthy, and meat especially can be very filling.

Ended up buying 5lbs of whey gold standard since it was only 50 bucks. Stopped in a supplement store on the way back from gym and was surprised to see it so cheap! Got strawberry banana and it is amazing if drinking it with milk...flat out terrible with water.
Will probably end up with Dymatize next time I need to re up cuz that deal you showed me was awesome...
Oh yea and I've been meaning to ask you...when you lost all that weight, were you doing strength, hypertrophy, or endurance focused training?
Those too

A lot has happened since you've been gone.
I asked justanothergirl to marry me and she said yes.
I got her pregnant the same day and she had a baby boy day after. We called him Mooretech.
Upon bringing him home we noticed he had knock knees so we decided to give him to an orphanage.
Little Mooretech raged on all the other kids though so they dropped him off at garbage dump and never looked back.
A man named Serp happened to glance upon Mooretech while rooting through piles of junk for things he could sell on Ebay and decided to bring him home.
Serp has successfully taught him not to pee in his house and is currently working to stop him from eating all of his food.
