Right now, I'm just doing all upper and all lower.
M: Squats, Calves, DLs, Lat Pulldowns + Abs
T: Rest
W: Chest (incl. regular and incline press), Shoulders, Arms & Tris, Pullups + Abs
Th: Rest
Fr: Rowing + Running
Sat: Rowing + Running
Before I was doing this:
M: Full body (Bench, Squats, DLs @ 100%) + Rest of All Pro's @ 100% + Abs
T: Rest
W: Full body (Bench, Squats @ 100%) + Rest of All Pro's @ 90% + Abs
Th: Rest
F: Full body (Bench, Squats, DLs @ 100%) + Rest of All Pro's @ 800% + Abs
Sat: Rowing + Running
Sun: Rest
My recovery was great until recently but now it's pretty crappy. But if my two-day split works, then I'll move into something more along the lines of what you have -- without as many rest days.

Good job man, they increased pretty fast for me once I was able to do full ROM , keep it up!
Seems like water weight has finally calmed down, been steady for nearly a week now. Very low carb to high carb = 8-10 lbs of water for me it seems.

1/4 inch smaller than mine now but look way bigger due to definition.
me at 160lbs with 14.5" arms last december.

Currently at 170lbs & have a goal to cut down a little lower & NOT fulk like I did the last yr.
However I did manage to put some muscle on my frame since then.

Lookin pretty lean in that pic. I've you've put on any lbm, which sounds like you have, I'm sure it'll show in progress pics. You looking to cut back down to 160?
Can't wait to eat a little over maintenance. Soon.
I'm hoping another 10-12 lbs will make a big difference in those handles.

Was planning on dieting through New Years....but my man begged me to cook and there is no way I can have all that food around and not touch it. Temptation is unbearable if it's in the same house! He promised to clean it up on the 1st with me so I gave in.
Making BBQ baby back ribs (sweet ray bbq sauce mmmm), southern style potato salad, home-style baked macaroni and cheese, Cesar salad, and apple pie.
Will not be drinking....figure diet is already going to be messed up enough. Going with an all natural, calorie-free method of unsoberness for this New Years

Looking good cnh. I think you'll find as you gain a little mass in your torso/core and your skin catches up from the cutting (it's not noticeably "saggy" now, but it generally does get a little tauter with time), the appearance of love handles will diminish quite a bit.
