There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I was hoping I could string this bulk along at least until mid-February. I order to accomplish that, I think I am going to have to start actually counting them calories again, to insure bulk is really slow.
Haven't had that fast of an explosion since the days of yore, when I thought I could gain muscle like I was an adolescent Cimmerian.
Yech. Call the god*mn waaaambualnce and get me a f**king gurney.

millylep is prolly cam whoring. Not a single dollar was spent that day.
Giving SitchT a surplus is like giving car keys to a drunk. I just hope he didn't take down his brother with him.
If Bullrider isn't back by the 3rd of 4th I assume he died in A Murray State sauna.

How much rest do you guys give each muscle group before hitting it again?
Hit my upper body hard yesterday, and was going to hit legs tomorrow, before hitting upper body again in two days after. Was just wondering if a two-day split with a day's break in between was reasonable or too much. I must admit that I found myself much more sore when I targeted my upper body than I did whole body days (less tired, and more able to go at it, or maybe it's just the mental factor).

ive been doing....
M-squats+assistance and calves + as many pullups i can do in 8 sets when im done
T-bench press+assistance
W-pullup+assistance and bicep
T-deadlift+assistance (legs again) and calves
F-OHP+assistance and abs + as many pullups i can do in 8 sets when im done
S-sprints
S-rest
and recovering fine. The main lifts are all 5x3, everything else 6-10, or 8-12
When you have chronic pain and/or CANNOT progress despite enough food and sleep that means you are overtrained, but most people will never reach that.
It was only when doing squats and deadlifts heavy 2x a week (heavy is anything below 6 reps) that overtraining was reached. Ever since switching everything else to higher reps, recovery is 110%.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
