Finally got my arse into the gym (garage) to do a full-body workout. Haven't been in there in about a week dealing with an ill father, 2 sick infants, in-house construction, and on top of all of that....i'm in a deficit. Proud of myself though, I came off ec this week and resisted the urges i've been feeling with a bit higher appetite than normal.

So, decided to move on to a split routine from my all-body workouts. I just felt too sore all over, and felt like I wasn't able to give my absolute best during my workout.
Started off today with an upper-lower split, and my upper body hurts like a mother. Feelsgoodman.

Dinner from a few hours ago -- Smart Chick'n strips, protein + pwo shake, carrot/beets/apple/ginger/lemon smoothie, grilled asparagus, lettuce and romano cheese salad, and a pizza crisp (that was fed to the dog).

i think getting laid before going to the gym is the best preworkout supp on the market
Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

What is BO2?
Free to play, massively multiplayer, real time strategy game
Kind of reminds me of Diablo I (all-time fave pc game)
Do you like LoL or Dota better? Know what you mean about getting bored too fast. Can only sit down for one game at a time. There's not much to do where I live, so I like having a game to play and then working out between matches (or instances if I'm playing mmo rpg). Quit Wow for a while again...chit gets old after 6 years of playing.

Sup guise,
I've been AWOL from the thread enjoying my holidays, driving around and eating like shyt and drinking beer every day. Had my heavy workout day today and feel like I got hit by a freight train. I don't even have the strength to do the couple sets of crunches I usually add to the end of each workout.
Definitely getting back into proper nutrition, starting right now.US Coast Guard ~ SEMPER PARATUS

Overall I think i like LoL better, but they are pretty similar. Dota 2 was better in a sense as it was different since i was tired of LoL.
Made my own dip/chin belt today from one of those trucker straps (500kg load) and some carabiner hooks and chains. Worked out pretty well I think, tried some dips and chins and it stayed on without any signs of slipping. Seems 100lbs is my max 1 rep on chins, so probably about time I started doing some weighted chin/pull ups.
So thats a 100 bucks saved if I were to buy one here in norway, cheapest belt here is 100 dollars or so. Saw the exact same belt on bodybuilding.com for 27 bucks
