Stuff like this makes me sick. Sure, I've been fat, I still am. But I've never been unable to perform every day tasks and be considered 'disabled'. It's self inflicted and happens over a long period of time, on top of that, it's incredibly easy to reverse. Nothing that can be easily undone should be considered a disability. Things like this only add to acceptance of obesity. I don't think everyone needs to be 10% BF but rewarding obesity with special privileges is stupid. Some people get in horrible accidents, suffer from paralysis and fight tooth and nail to be considered able bodied again. But fat people can't put the damn cookie down?

Do those of you who keep a LF Log find it helpful and worth really doing? I am debating setting one up for myself as I begin endurance training for my fall marathon and Ironman 2014. I think it would be cool to keep track like that but just don't know if its worth it.

I had a log but then I stopped updating it. I couldn't be bothered. It didn't really do me much good but it's very much subjective, they do help a lot of people. Personally for me, it was too much effort for getting nothing out of it.

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Eat a lot of veggies, considering that I am a... vegetarian. Figure taking multis a couple of days a week would help me address any gaps, and at worst, make my pee expensive.
But this whole week, my joints have been sore and my muscles feel "less recovered" than usual. So, figured I'd give them some help.
