what's the average to ride a Schwinn (skinny tires) bike about 15 miles, given that the terrain is mostly flat with some mild hills? think I could do it in an hour? maybe 75 minutes?

I finally stopped losing on my 2,300 calorie intake and dropped it down to 2,200 cals...Really want to get down to 190 for football season.**CAN Army Veteran**

Well, played pool for 5 hours tonight. Had a guy come up to me and ask me what I'm on. I laughed. He was like "Animal Pak, jack3d and what else? I wanna get big!" I lol'd. Told him to eat and lift and whatnot. In time he'd figure it out.........
