I have the worstest flat barbell bench form, and always kill my shoulders...I need to really focus on keeping the elbows tucked more...

If you keep your forearms perpendicular to the floor when the bar is on your chest, its hard to mess form up. Tuck your shoulder blades back, keep your rear delts on the bench until you get about half way, and compress the bar on the way up to activate the pecs.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. You have a good height for it. Smaller ROM for the lifts and a shorter frame to make lighter weight classes.
I used to think you couldn't bench wrong. I was very wrong, I think mine is okay now, hard to say without recording and watching back but it feels right.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.
