If you keep your forearms perpendicular to the floor when the bar is on your chest, its hard to mess form up. Tuck your shoulder blades back, keep your rear delts on the bench until you get about half way, and compress the bar on the way up to activate the pecs.

You have a good height for it. Smaller ROM for the lifts and a shorter frame to make lighter weight classes.

Easiest thing for me was to learn the arch the bar moves in, learn leg drive, and a ton of light paused reps. Today I did smith pauses and felt awe lines of gainzzzzz.
