You got me interested now, if I pull my polyester t-shirt tight I can see my abs,obliques also pec and delt striations through it. Its pretty thin tho so kinda cheating Feels good tho!

Seems like criminals in other countries are finally starting to realize Norway is easy picking. Been quite a few jewelery shops etc. that has had break-ins and they are suspecting some international league. Was wondering when they would catch on , security and police here is stupidly crappy. Takes forever for the police to arrive since they have to drive to the station and request firearms if there is a chance the robbers might be armed (police dont wear firearms here nor do they have them in the cars) first to arrive is usually some guy from the local security company thats armed with a flashlight....

I am still flabbergasted at how cops can shoot at a vehicle (because it looks similar to that cop's vehicle) and get away with it with a statement 'oops, tragic accident'. Can you imagine you're driving with your family and cops shoot at you, injure and kill your wife/kids and then say 'sorry' and get away with it?

I think if they had to answer for each bullet they shoot (like in Europe) (and if they were SERIOUS repercussions for shooting wrong person) they would use deadly force with a lot more care.

Since lowering cals from 2,800 - 2,300 (maintenance around 2,600) and doing a 3 day full body split, I have STILL been gaining strength..I even feel like I look bigger than I did on my bulk. Either way, i'm feeling pretty good.

LOS ANGELES The two women who were mistakenly shot by LAPD officers searching for triple murder suspect Christopher Dorner Thursday said they had no warning beforehand, the victims' lawyer told CBS Los Angeles.

Attorney Glen Jonas said Maggie Carranza, 47, and her mother, 71-year-old Emma Hernandez, were delivering Los Angeles Times newspapers around 5:15 a.m. in Torrance when the officers opened fire on their vehicle.

Jonas said, "There was no warning. There were no orders. No commands. Just gunshots."

In a news conference, Police Chief Charlie Beck said the officers thought the women's royal blue Toyota Tacoma matched the description of Dorner's dark-colored Nissan pickup truck.

"Tragically, we believe this was a case of mistaken identity by the officers," said Beck.

Jonas finds that hard to believe.

"The vehicle is a different color. The license plate doesn't match. There's nothing there for you to start shooting people. And even if they had the person in question... The fact that they confused 71yr old grandma and another middle aged woman with a 33 years old 270lb black man tells me they didn't even LOOK who they were shooting at. Car was even different color... How much more trigger-happy can you be..

There surely will be. The guy isn't even caught yet. A police investigation into a police shooting won't happen until after the fact.

We had a police shooting here in Cleveland that was investigated. Cops shot up a couple who ran from them, then tried to run over cops with drawn weapons. Needless to say, they got shot about 20 times each (b/c of their own stupidity) Well, there was "outcry" in the black community because it was obviously racism. These were a couple of East Cleveland hood-rats that ran and got shot.

I give you all of that back-story to say that it took place in November and they JUST finished the investigation vindicating the cops yesterday. These things take time.
