Mine: chalk, lifting straps, log book, pen, phone, psp, calculator, keys, small tower, lock.

Rope, Chloroform, gloves, shovel, lime..

Have to add to this. The treadmills at my gym go up to 13 mph, which gets pretty damn fast on a treadmill. I've found it sufficient for HIIT when I do it. I usually do 8 30 secs on/1 min rest (rest is 6.8mph speed). After 8 of those I'm gasping for air.

My home treadmill goes up that high however it take a while for it to ramp up to that speed.
When I did HIT I did it outside regardless of season.
I would run a block balls out, walk a block, run a block, walk a block, run a block, puke then crawl home.

Winter kind of was harder because I did it in boots so my feet wouldn't freeze. LOL!

Can't see the korn vid. I was around 11 or 12 when they came out so I had plenty time to be a skate fiend. Kind of hard not be when there was this massive half pipe literally right behind my back yard. Never got into street, but was a beast on vert. On blades and board (inb4 roller****).

I know what you mean about liking rap when younger...if I listen to it, it's mostly stuff that I grew up on, don't like most of the new stuff either. My taste in music is definitely changing after going from being a wild hoodlum, to family oriented.
