I don't photoshop my progress photos brah. That would be stupid for more than one reason.
Edit: Man... those binge days really f*ck you sideways. Brb 36 inch waist 2 weeks into bulk because I had a day or two @ 2,800 calories, and one day at 3,800 calories. I cannot cheat on my diet AT ALL.

There are two types of people in the world: Those of us who measure our arms flexed, and goof-balls.

I look at my progress photos while posing and I feel pretty good. Then I actually look at myself and it's like... what the f*ck happened? I'm weaker and fatter than someone who doesn't even go to the gym.

Just left. Got hungry as balls, as always after Slin Sane. I don't know what it does to my arbs but they don't end up in my belly. Felt really good though. I'm on a steep deficit today and I squated 275 x 5 quite deep. Did 6 sets of squats plus a warmup set. Felt like I could have PR'd on squats despite hitting the gym so late and being shorts in cals. I'll try again on Monday and see what I can pull on deadlifts (or Wednesday if I still need recovery time).
I'm intrigued, at least.1175 @172

Actually getting back on a diet again -- not so easy after being off for 3+ weeks. Just tracked calories again today and realized I'd eaten a beastly 3200 calories today. The next couple of weeks are not going to be fun. F*ck me.
LOL! I've missed this sh*t.

You're not alone in that, man. And it's amazing just how quickly things drop off your body in just a few weeks. I feel like I haven't been working out in forever, and struggled with all my lifts. And while I still look halfway decent in photos, looking at myself in the mirror is whole another story. I actually had tricep, shoulder, and back definitions -- now, I can see some sludge of fat.

Well, that's why progress photos rock -- you won't be able to tell much of a difference in the mirror, but the progress pics usually tell you how much you've changed in reality.
My biggest problem was that when I hit the gym, I realized I looked like sh*t and all these other people were looking so much better. Made me that much more self-conscious, and felt like a n00b all over again. Anyway, starting my cut from tomorrow for that very reason.

Know the feeling, broman. My gym buddy is a former gymnast from the national team - dude injured his back, did Cirque, does Parkour, and is now at Harvard on a scholarship. He's really, *really* good looking to boot, so every time we go to the gym, he starts out with some obscenely difficult workout (e.g. handstand pushups) and is a proud showoff (and of course, all the chicks flock to him). Makes me feel like sh*t.
But for what it's worth, I haven't seen you in real life, but you're looking so much more awesome from what I can tell. That's some definitive progress right there.

Liquid Grip is officially a solid investment. I was using straps for a bit but didn't like the way they hurt my wrist and still wanted to work on grip strength so I bought some liquid grip, feels/works a lot better than chalk!
BTW - This montage makes me want to peel out in a Lambo and do a mound of coke. (Reality - stall out in a Ford Pinto and do Bath Salts)

This.
Sit on my ass all day crew checking in.
< 1500 cals daily or I just don't lose much at all.
Unless I go cardio bunny.
I don't lose strength or have energy problems on < 1500 cals either.
However, on the weekends I don't really track because i'm usually working hard & on my feet Sat & sunday.

Fun fact revealed by ebay....liquid grip is also utilized by strippers to maintain a better grip on poles.
