A few days ago, i took my dog inside the grocery store, you arent supposed to bring them in unless they are service animals. He pooped in the soup aisle, i made my escape after purchasing my food. I wonder what became of that mess....

before i hurt my back, 930 i believe. I have no idea now since i am SLOWLY adding weight on squats and deadlifts, more so trying to do higher rep stuff and assistance work since my back is like 95% better now. Squat was at 295 for 5x3, just a few weeks away from being back there. The higher rep stuff definitely gives you a "better" workout though.

GUISE, my elbows have been feeling like they are on fire the past week. I have two more days left. Is there anything i can take before i lift that will reduce the inflammation so i can finish the week off strong? Rest week next week.
