There were more people than Saturday there! Like 15 guys. But the gym has a lot of equipment so no issue at all.

Also I had some guy come over to me while deadlifting and proceed to tell me I should do what he was doing. He then proceeded to do a wide ass sumo stance deadlift and told me I was using my lower back a lot.

Well yes, I am, because I'm doing a regular deadlift, not a sumo deadlift.

Then some chick with legs of peace (in a good way) told me my deadlifts were fine and she was a yadda yadda yadda certified personal trainer yadda yadda *insert 3 more professional certifications here* while the guy doing the sumo deadlift was ranting about how his 5th cousin had a gold medal in the Olympics in 1987 or something. (srs) It was f*cking great. Low key arguing between the girl and the guy with growth hormone nails. (No offense, dude looked good, but still)

I mean the chick looked good too, she went behind me and proceeded to deadlift 3plaet!!11!lol!!1. (srs again)

I stopped on my second set because I didn't want to blatantly disrespect the guy but I didn't want to do sumo's either because my quads were fried from yesterday and I couldn't even if I wanted to.
(I actually showed this to him by sitting lower in my deadlift and trying to pull it and I wouldn't budge because my quads were quivering)

After that mind f*ck I totally forgot to do shrugs again and went home, LOL.

There's 2-3 flat benches, 2 squat rack/half cages which you could stick a bench under and do them there, and like 8 machines which are pressing machines.

This gym is fully equipped and peppered for international chest day.

we have four incline benches, six flat benches, and one decline press. My gym is international bench day on monday, all of them are filled up at night LOOOOOOOOOOL

we have two power racks, and three squat racks that are too tall for ATG squats. We have the stupid crossfit "kinetic" ropes between the two power racks....WTFMAN.

Lesson learned though, don't go in for back/bi day after you just did legs. Your quads will be fried and you won't be able to do deadlifts when some guy comes over and tells you to sit deeper and use a wide stance.

I seriously can't even run right now... I look like a 60 year old man trying to jog after just sitting up, bouncing his shoulders up and down to take the stress off the legs.

tldr but just got back from my gym and only 2 other guys in there. i used the squat rack, dl station and decline bench all at the same time.
