So wassup with idiots who keep working out for 3 years without their bodies changing and have bellies? There is one huge guy there: I see him every frakken time I go to the gym. His belly weighs as much as I weigh, and I can see he is very 'dedicated' to the gym, but he hasn't changed in 3 years that I saw him there.

Well actually this huge guy that was obviously "on"(or just god genetics) grunted a bit on the last 1-2 reps. But he was generally getting stuff done doing his own thing out of the way. He was super setting selectorized rope tricep pushdowns and preacher curls, back and forth.
