Hey bro Welcome back.
I switched to JasonDB's "Ice Cream Fitness" novice 5x5 routine. It is just what I needed - I felt like I was wasting my bulk with All Pro's routine. Now I'm adding weight to the bar every time I go to the gym. It has all the major compound lifts and a few accessories.

Go to the supps area and check out the company promotions area. There will be threads of companies offering samples in return for logs. Workout for today:
Doing Jason's 5 x 5 but had to cut workout short due to gym closing. Had to do shrugs and curls at home, that's why the dumb bells .
Almost hit failure on 3rd bench press set...going to try to work on that more. I refuse to cut back the weight though lol. Too stubborn..
But, I am VERY happy I finally was able to get back into the gym again. Should be there 3 times a week now. And it felt great to hit 95lbs on squats. Never did that much before, and was really surprised to get 5 x 5. I'm coming for you Moore!
