If my test levels were low (everything points in the other way) what would i do to fix them? Keep in mind the only variables are food, sleep, and lifting, no doctor visits, nothing extra aside from those three things.

everyone grows differently, everything that has grown has done so in proportion. Also some guys are just strong and small, some guys are weak and big...genetics is everything and how it grows.

You could just have hyperthyroidism that's killing your muscle growth hence the ridiculous TDEE. I really don't think your genetics are to blame as to why you can't get a juicy upper body.

Protip: Things like hair growth, male pattern baldness, deep voice, masculine characteristics, have nothing to do with your test levels as I'm living proof. (At least not once you've already developed them)

My libido wasn't gone, however it was only limited to being horned up 1-2 a week. I could also maintain an erection it's just that it was 85-90% stiff instead of steel pipe stiff.

I wouldn't just shove the possibility under the rug.

There's no harm in getting the test just to know. Whatever you do with that information is entirely up to you and I couldn't give nine f*cks. I'm just trying to help you but what has been said has already been said and I'm not saying it again, so do whatever you want to do.

well i know that, but im saying i wouldnt get anything given by a doctor because i wouldnt see a doctor in the first place which was why i mentioned the only things i would change are food, sleep, and routine. I already sleep 8 hours, thats taken care of. Food is in check, and i lift as hard as i can

tfw every guy in my family tree has all of their hair even at really old age. No baldness here.

lol, only guys who have corrective surgery for their shortcomings. You need vision and your limbs, the chronic fapper or the lazy fatass who doesnt exercise and wonders why his wang doesnt work doesnt really deserve "treatment" for the problem they have. probably 99% of the cases in the general population for that and low test is solely from their environment (poor diet, zero exercise).
Id bet under a long surplus moores whatever levels will skyrocket. Not just the short maintenance break or whatever that was recent, he clearly lost a lot of weight and it DID impact his hormone levels. Even bb'ers that say they got down to 3-4% bodyfat say their sex drive and mood sometimes didnt come back for a couple of months. I was reading a post from a few years back, dude was prepping for a show and was a week out, said his woman was giving the little guy CPR for 20 minutes and nothing happened.

I cut for quite awhile on extremely low fat and it messed with me pretty good. I was dating some wicked hot girls and really didn't care if we had sex or not. When we did I could literally go forever, maybe not even get off. Took a few months in a very high fat surplus to get everything back to normal.
