Tough to say where you're at..but I can see there is a lack of mass..especially in your core. You just need to add mass from here on out..you won't look any better if you keep cutting in my opinion. You need muscle to strengthen and tighten up the loose skin. What was your original starting weight?

And why do you say I have lack of core? The hourglass effect?
Keep in mind my love handles make it look worse and I have wide hips that stick out compared to the rest of my body. See 55 seconds where everything jiggles. You can tell if that was gone I wouldn't have that hour glass look. (mainly talking about the love handle, not my stomach, which is loose skin and will be there for a long time)Last edited by moore93; 01-20-2013 at 03:15 PM.

inb4 moore tells you that you dont know what youre talking about, thinks about what you said for a few days, decides you were right and wants to bulk, eats at a meager surplus but doesnt lift for a week, then decides he's still fat and goes back to 675cal/day + no workout.
Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

No. I say you have no core because you have no core. If I was to touch your core I bet it wouldn't be tough at all. My hand would probably go right in because there is no development there. Which is to be expected since I'm sure you haven't ate at a surplus and have actually built up muscle in that region.
You want it to be tight, firm and strong..all around. I'm talking the entire region not just the abz. The whole 'square' that's associated with the core including the middle/side/lower back that connects to the front. Don't know else to explain it but it's definitely something worth building up.www.grazethesky.com

Moore, please elaborate upon your many months of training in heavy compound lifts. For some reason, I thought you had only been squatting 95 lbs or something like that.
Or maybe it was the planks, yoga, and AbRipperXtreme that you used to build up your core.

I am not saying you don't have muscle under there, but I think it's apparent you need more. You are looking considerably better right now than your September pic, even with your semi-goofy home routine, hiatus, and day-to-day diet strategy changes, so I'd have to imagine that new body chemistry + concerted effort in lifting + eating enough would make a big difference.

You *******s are going to make me bear mode.
/sigh
Here I come 190 pounds. The only problem is I'm going to have love handles and a double chin from hell because you wouldn't let me get rid of the last 10-15 pounds before I started.
I guess I have to hope this dosage I take gives me some sort of recomp effect even with a surplus which is bending rules.

Your dogs eye has appeared to lose it's shiny-ness.
I'd get that checked out unless that was just a rare occasion.

Moore you spend too much time debating surplus/deficit and not enough time actually lifting.
As long as you eat between 1800 and 2800 calories you will look better every month. 100% money-back guarantee.

I'm just going to force myself to eat 2,300 calories and lift.
Like I did before. I'm just going to get fat and my love handles and double chin are going to bother me but you gayfers won't let me cut to 145-150 so I have no other choice.
I have to change my user title to remind me why I'm doing this.

be gentleThere is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
