A woman riding the Chicago Transit Authority's Blue Line in Oak Park told police she was last week attacked by another passenger wielding a sock filled with human feces.
"He had a sock full of his poop on me," the 21-year-old college student told the Pioneer Press. "It was everywhere; on my face, my hair, my clothes."

There are limits, of course, but yes, many fruits are now 0 pts. When I can I'll quote from their literature. They're trying to encourage people to eat more fruits and veggies. Fibre now plays a big role in their points formula.
I like real sugar and I put a lot of milk in my coffee. If I were to take it black, no sugar it would be 0 pts.
I'm at 26 daily pts, the minimum for anyone on the plan, plus I get an additional 49(?) weekly pts that I can consume at my discretion but doing so will slow down my weight loss. I can also "earn" pts for food through exercise, or I can simply exercise to create a greater deficit and not eat those pts.
I know their old plan worked from firsthand experience, but ever since they changed their plan I've been suspicious of it because it means I can eat a lot more food... The new plan has been in place for a year or more so they must have the data from countless client weigh-ins that it works just as well as the old plan.
Edit: Just making sure everyone is aware that I never mentioned chicken shakes, lol. This is how rumors get started. I eat real, solid chicken, salmon, turkey, etc.
Edit2: Nevermind, lol. I somehow missed the chicken puree chatter while I was typing.Last edited by caprica6; 12-20-2012 at 01:11 PM.

The world is ending and i have many regrets:
-i never made it to a 3 plate 1RM squat, i only hit 310
-i never made it to 5% bodyfat and competed
-i never got to tell moore to his face that it wasnt his fault and he was a victim of circumstance
-i could never stomach eggs and enjoy the countless meals you can make with them
-i never got to try every talenti flavor
Im sorry i let you guys downThere is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Can understand that completely. Think it's a good thing that I've been bodyweight training rather than going straight back to weights because pregnancy had me all messed up, needed the rehabilitation for sure. Can't wait to do squats again though...feel like they made my knees and ankles much stronger. Also, was nice having an in-shape butt lol.
Heard weight watchers was a good program from a few different people...how much weight are you roughly aiming at losing?

Crickets...
A variation of reverse cowgirl. Thread saved?
I go heavy on the leg press with my feet placed a bit higher on the platform. It's a horizontal press, and I use two other glute machines. At home I sometimes do bodyweight/db squats and weighted bridges with lighter weight... I need to add bulgarian split squats and others to my routine.
I'm planning to lose somewhere between 5 and 10 lbs of fat. The mirror is telling me my work is nowhere near done.
