So, from Jan1 - Jan14, the plan was to eat at maintenance since I had just got done cutting from Oct1 thru Jan1. Jan1 thru Jan12 went swell. Then Jan13 and Jan 14 happened......fkn binged. Now, even after losing the water weight from the 13th and 14th, I'm still 3lbs up from where I was. When will I learn? I have bounced off of this weight 3 times already. FML.

haha, i usually get about 175g a day, sometimes up to 200g if there was a meat dish cooked for dinner. My main protein comes from one scoop of whey, and a piece of steak, other than that i get the rest from dairy and other fat sources like almonds, pb, peanuts, cheese, etc...

aww the dog I am getting was found in GA, she was very skinny and malnourished but eating great now and doesn't even have any food aggression issues. She loves to give kisses and snuggle lol I have a feeling I may end up adopting her!

Honestly, coming off a cut is the most dangerous time. For some reason, eating at maintenance is never enough and I want to binge HARD. Coffee, forever a best friend.
