So we grew up with old people who had to experience World war 1/2 and how they survived , when we get old, kids will listen to our stories about how we survived the obesity pandemic.

True that, with all the muscle we are all going to have in years to come, we will most likely get eaten when the worlds food supplies go down.
Will be like a zombie apocalypse , except replace the slow moving zombies who wants to eat you with slow moving , heavy breathing obese people that wants to eat you.

Kind of cool how there's going to be thunderstorms where I'm at leading up until midnight. (Only 50-60% though, might be a crap forecast)

Kinda humdrum. Not as exciting as yours. A full body heavier workout at the gym on machines and cardio on the treadmill or elliptical plus some occasional light weight circuit training at home.
I have some old injuries that get aggravated easily - one in my hip and one in my back so I play it safe with the weights. I'm still trying to drop bodyfat, however, so just last week I started tracking my food again. We'll see how long that lasts. I earned free lifetime status at w8 watchers a while back so I'm tracking using their point system. 2 pts for my coffee, 1 pt for my 3 egg whites...it's just easier for me to track that way.
