You're right...it's really not surprising, especially considering all of the conflicting information out there. *I just did a google search for 'how to lose bodyfat'. *The results are so confusing. *Some results are from bb.com (granted they are old articles) and they never even mention calories. *Some articles do mention calories, but what they say is to, "*Don't waste your time counting calories: you won't get fat eating unprocessed foods. Just eat your stomach full and prepare your own food so you have total control over the ingredients."
That was a quote from stronglifts.com and was in the top 5 search results. *Of course, there are all of the 'diet' sites too.

Will be like a zombie apocalypse , except replace the slow moving zombies who wants to eat you with slow moving , heavy breathing obese people that wants to eat you.

Pullups are one exercise for me where the number attained on the first set are >>>> than on the last set. No matter how much I rest. I wish I was more like that Derek Poundstone guy, where he was getting stronger as he progressed through the workout.

how's the fitness goals been going lately Caprica? What kind of workout are you doing?

What is your typical diet like?

I eat 7 - 8 meals per day and try to get approximately 500 grams of protein, 400 - 500 grams of carbs, and approximately 100 grams of fat. While I work, I’m sure to get my protein intake by making chicken puree shakes. The chicken puree starts out as frozen chicken breasts. I boil 2 lbs of the chicken breast in water before work for about 30 minutes. I then cool the chicken and place the four breast (2lbs) into a high-powered blender filled to the 35 - 40 oz line with water. I blend the chicken on high until it becomes a medium consistency fluid that is drinkable (about a minute). Once done, the 2 lbs of chicken and water make about 40 oz of drinkable puree. I drink 20 oz for each of my two meals at work.

Kinda humdrum. Not as exciting as yours. A full body heavier workout at the gym on machines and cardio on the treadmill or elliptical plus some occasional light weight circuit training at home.

I have some old injuries that get aggravated easily - one in my hip and one in my back so I play it safe with the weights. I'm still trying to drop bodyfat, however, so just last week I started tracking my food again. We'll see how long that lasts. I earned free lifetime status at w8 watchers a while back so I'm tracking using their point system. 2 pts for my coffee, 1 pt for my 3 egg whites...it's just easier for me to track that way.
